3. User-Generated Content & Code License
You retain ownership of the questions, answers, comments, and articles you post on PinnStack. By submitting content to public spaces or feeds, you grant PinnStack a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, format, and distribute your content across the Platform.
- Do not post copyrighted code, proprietary trade secrets, or unauthorized materials.
- Ensure code snippets and technical solutions adhere to ethical practices.
4. Acceptable Conduct
You agree not to engage in any activity that disrupts or harms the Platform, including automated vote manipulation, malicious code injection, unauthorized scraping, or harassing community members.
5. Space Moderation & Governance
Space creators and appointed moderators have the authority to manage discussions, enforce space-specific rules, and restrict access to private spaces in accordance with community guidelines.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly violate these Terms of Service or our Content Guidelines without prior notice.
7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
PinnStack is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Technical advice, code solutions, and articles posted on the platform reflect the views of individual authors and carry no guarantee of correctness or safety.
